Bus conductor driven to prison for carnal knowledge

A nineteen year old bus conductor has been remanded to prison for allegedly having sex with a thirteen year old girl. Vista Del Mar resident, Giovanni Ramos, appeared before Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer this morning and was charged with Carnal Knowledge for an incident that reportedly occurred on July third. No plea was taken and bail cannot be given for the offense in the first instance, but Ramos can retain the assistance of an attorney to apply for bail on his behalf in nine days. In the meantime, he has been remanded to the Belize Central Prison and is scheduled to return to court on October second. The minor reported to police that at around seven-thirty on the night of July third, she visited a green bungalow house on Dean Street, where she had intercourse with Ramos. A doctor confirmed that the student was carnally known and Ramos was arrested on Monday of this week.
What a fool this man was, risking so much of his life for a few moments of pleasure. Hopefully other young men will see this case and learn from its example.
Ok, so what happens to the girl now? It wasnt rape so does she get some kind of punishment also?
I’m not sure but it sounds as if that 13yr. Old went for that same purpose. The accused most have not wanted anything more than just sex, so she took him to court because she is infatuated.
You need to look up the meaning of rape, a minor is a minor is a minor. It doesn’t matter if she thinks she is doing the right thing . The adult should know better and held responsible. People like you are what’s wrong with society, dumb , ignorant, and stupid is exactly what I think of you and your comments. You obviously want an audience, do some good with yourself. Get in a toilet and flush it. Hope u end up in a toxic dump, with enough air to punish forever.
She is a dame fool,she no good what she went for,she needs punishment ,this girl should be studing school ,not sex thats what u get for jumping on the bed ,
everyone who is making a comment is right. people say oh she is only 13 and stuff like that but i think it is time that the authorities realize that these young girls are having sex even from standard 5 i am not saying it is rite but the guy is only 19 that young girl knew exactly what she was doing and doesn’t realize that her stupidity can cause this young man years of his life to be lost….what happens if he goes to prison all that will happen is that we will create another monster in the street because as i think everyone knows that young girl was already having sex god knows if she didn’t make it up to cover someone else….bt i will get to the point i say this is stupid she is around laughing doing the same thing while he will be in prison for nothing he did not rape her she went with him on her own she needs to face her parents and be honest!!!!!!
