70 year old charged with molestation of three sisters

There are disturbing reports of child abuse emerging from the Ladyville area tonight as three girls have made allegations of sexual assault against an elderly security guard. The victims, aged six, eleven, and fourteen have told authorities that seventy year old Francisco Ortega molested them and then threatened to kill their parents if they told anyone. According to court reports, the youngest child says the accused fondled her on March nineteenth and when she told her parents, the older girls confessed that last April, Ortega had also abused them. In the case of the fourteen year old, she says Ortega had intercourse with her against her will. Tonight we understand that Ortega was employed by the children’s father. He has since been charged with one count of carnal knowledge and two counts of aggravated assault. Magistrate Sharon Fraser granted the St. Matthew’s villager bail of six thousand dollars and ordered him to return to court on April twenty-fifth. The defendant is being represented by attorney Bernard Pitts.
