19 year old shot where? Belize City

Another shooting incident preceded the murder of Kirk Hemmans on Monday night and the victim is also still in his teens.  This time gunfire erupted across town, in an area that is quickly becoming another hotspot in the Old Capital.  Tonight, nineteen year old Randy August is recovering from injuries he received during a shooting incident in heart of the Gungulung, located behind the government buildings at the end of Mahogany Street.  Shortly before eight o’clock, August and a friend were riding their bicycles on an unnamed offshoot of La Croix Boulevard when a dark complexion man, believed to be Allain Garcia, exited a yard and fired several shots at him.  August was hit on the right side of the chest and right forearm and was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment.  Officers are looking for Garcia in connection with the incident.
