Charged for Aggravated Assault since gun misfired at man’s head

An incident at the corner of Pelican and Curassow Streets on Saturday night has left a Belize City man traumatized while his attacker is behind bars. According to twenty-one year old Linsford Lord, he was riding his bicycle on Pelican Street when a lone gunman walked up to him, pointed a gun at his face and pulled the trigger three times. Fortunately for Lord, the gun misfired, but in fear for his life, he headed to the police station to report the incident. Twenty-one year old Alfred Mahler, an Electrician and Construction Worker, was arrested on Tuesday and appeared before Magistrate Adolph Lucas this morning. He was arraigned for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, to which he pleaded not guilty. Bail was denied due to the use a firearm, but Mahler has the option of applying at the Supreme Court. In the meantime, he is remanded to the Belize Central Prison until his next court appearance on November fourteenth. While a suspect has been charged, police have not yet determined a motive for the incident.
The gangs are at fault here. they must better train their foot soldiers In cleaning their weapons. They cannot be promoted to cartel positions if they fail in their assassination class. Even the most stupid criminal knows this.

You are just like the stupid BDF explosion expert who found a live grenade that was thrown… but didn’t explode because the criminal thought that all he needed to do was to pull the pin and throw… The stupid BDF went on national TV and explained why the grenade didn’t explode and show the criminals what else they needed to do to have the specific type of grenade explode… no wonder Belize is going down $#!% creek
