Another faker, Monica Miguel was never kidnapped by a Dread

Monica Miguel

Another woman appeared before Magistrate Adolph Lucas today for being dishonest; not with the Social Security Board, but with the police. Last Thursday, twenty-two year old Monica Miguel visited the Queen Street Police Station and filed a reported that she had been kidnapped earlier that morning. Miguel claimed that she was abducted by a woman with dreadlocks and an unidentified man driving a black car that resembled a Toyota Camry. But in their investigations, police found out that no such incident occurred and that the entire story was fabricated. Miguel was arrested and charged for Committing a Mischievous Act. She appeared unrepresented and pleaded not guilty to the offense. She was released on bail and is to return to court in January, 2013.

I wonder what the back story is here? Probably covering up some forbidden rendezvous, but that’s just my bet with no present facts to prove it. Or a troubled grab for attention, and maybe mental help.

🙂 Seems like someone just wants a lil attention…poor thing.
