City man was murdered while taking daughter to school

The weekend violence began as early as Friday. In fact a violent and brazen murder was committed on December seventh at midday. The victim, twenty-nine year old Marvin Nunez, was killed near Saint Ignatius Primary School while the children were going back to classes and a funeral was taking place at the church. The police press officer, Raphael Martinez says Nunez was taking his child to school when he was gunned down.

“On seventh of December, 2012 at approximately 1:20 p.m., Police visited the K.H.M.H where they saw twenty-nine year old Marvin Nunez, of number 188 East Canal, Belize City with apparent gunshot wounds: Marvin Nunez succumbed to his injuries at approximately 1:25 p.m. Initial investigation revealed that on the same date at approximately 1:08 p.m., Marvin Nunez went to take his daughter to the St. Ignatius School located on Euphrates Avenue, Belize City and while watching her entering the compound, he was approached from behind by a male person of dark complexion who fired two gunshots at him causing his fatal injuries. Police are investigating this incident.”
This is an amazing report from the police, it is always a dark complexion male, no other discription, that discribes a large percentage of the country. I thought his wife or the children’s mother was with him, she knows who shot him.
These people who are in gangs knows who the enemy is. She is probably not going to speak out of fear for her own safety.
Life in Belize is worth nothing. Life is a gift from God proplr, and we take it so cheap. These people forget this life is not the end, there is a place where we will give account. The Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
I am sure these loosers who kill, once they stand befor God when they die are just like the rich man who went to hell ask the Lord to send someone back to warn his brothers about changing so they don’t come to the place of torment where he was. The Lord said no one can go back to take a message, that is why there are ministers, preachers and pastors, to warn the people of hell. Oh I wish I could sit down and talk to these young men and boys to show them a better way. I am out of the country at this time, but if anyone can tell me how I can come and get these people together to hear a word from God, I will make my way to Belize quickly. I am serious. I would like to be able to reach the entire country by radio or television to make them aware of what it is they are up against. Both the church and govrnment are failing the people. The people are perishing becasue of the lack of Biblical knowledge.
Belize is a country rich in natural resources, but it is not being use properly. Please wake up my people.

@Al, I agree with you, but I also see the problem that far too many of our churches have lost the passion for the Word and leading people to a Godly life. For so many pastors, it seems the church is just a job, and for some of them, they are sinners as big as any.
The churches in the Jewel need to be electrified with new passion and life to get the Word out, a revival. I’m sure there are exceptional parishes here and there, but too few.
When a parent have to bury their child it hurts,but when they have to bury a child under these conditions ,hurts even more.trust me I’ve been there myself with a lot of unanswered questions.However these fearless animals that go around taking people lives have their day coming for the very same manner is liken onto them for God is patient and He is just. When are they going to realize that when they Kill someone they will forever have to be looking over their shoulder and wondering when will it catch up with them.
