Special Branch’s numerous drug and ammo busts

Nigel Eric Murray

The Special Branch of the Police Department has been very busy over the past three days and conducted successful searches for drugs and ammunition. On December twenty-eighth at six-fifteen p.m., officers conducted a search at the residence of thirty-one year old Nigel Eric Murray of Raccoon Street Extension.  Murray was arrested and charged with drug trafficking after officers found a black garbage bag containing six hundred and fifty grams of cannabis.  On that same date in an empty lot on Antelope Street Extension, the cops found twelve parcels of cannabis weighing one thousand, nine hundred and forty-three grams and one hundred and twenty-three grams of compressed Hydro. On another abandoned lot on Gill Street, a black plastic bag containing sixty-two nine millimeter live rounds of ammunition were found on Friday.

On Saturday, at ten-thirty p.m., in another abandoned lot of course, this time on Neal Pen Road Extension, a nine millimeter pistol with a magazine containing six rounds was found. And on Sunday, police recovered one Harrington & Richardson Inc. sixteen gauge sawed off shotgun and a black plastic bag containing several cartridges. The weapon and ammunition were found in an abandoned lot in the Saint Martin De Porres area. There were several other caches of marijuana, found by Special Branch, in abandoned lots.

what do you know DRUGS, and guns to protect their drug turfs and take out anyone who crosses them, and guns to send out emissaries to commit various crimes such as robberies, hits etc..

I have successfully concluded on every report on the current home page of Channel5Belize website (11:25 p.m. 1/2/013) that each crime is directly connect to alcohol and/or drugs.

First off this has been (by far) the most recently udatped site regarding bus travel from Cancun to Belize, and back. However, I have been on the ADO website checking for fares and routes to get from Cancun Airport to Belize, or even Chetamul (water taxi picks up there in route to some of the cayes) But am not coming up with anything, does anyone know how to get ahold of the ado bus company to make this reservation? BTW this will be my first trip to Mexico / Belize, and I know next to no spanish, and am traveling solo (throw your self to the wolves right?) any info would help so much Thanks ya’ll
