Twenty-four year old Warren Dominquez and twenty year old Winfield Dennison were charged after the youth, Victor Patrick Amoa the third was shot last week Saturday. The incident happened at the corner of Lake View and Sittee Streets. Amoa reported to police that he was buying food at the corner of Sibun and Vernon Streets just before nine that night when two men who were standing about ninety yards away on Sittee Street opened fire in his direction. Sources tell us that Amoa’s condition is critical but stable as the bullet is now lodged in his spine. Dominquez and Dennison appeared before Senior Magistrate, Dorothy Flowers, where they were charged with Attempted Murder, Use of Deadly Means of Harm and Dangerous Harm. The men were remanded until September seventeenth. Dennison has another court case for Keeping Unlicensed Firearm and Ammunition which comes up on September twenty-ninth.
