For the past month and a half, Scotia Bank Belize has been holding a promotional event designed to improve customer service.

While Gomez and his family make travel plans, the bank also announced the other winners in the Back to School Cash Back and the American Airlines Advantage Promotions.

?The campaign ran from July to the end of September. Customers that used their Scotia card were entitled to get ten thousand dollars cash back. Well this customer from Belmopan, Mr. Jermaine Loria, won himself about four thousand five hundred dollars to be credited to his credit card, and that was the amount he spent on his card during the period of the campaign. So we are really excited for him and he is one of those lucky winners. We also had the A.A. Advantage campaign going for those people who had the A.A. card. That campaign was also running from July to the end of September and a customer was entitled to win fifty thousand bonus miles and we have a lucky winner this morning, Mr. Hassaran Budhrani form Belize City.?

Budhrani won fifty thousand bonus miles and a one day pass to American Airlines Admiral Club. It was only a year ago that Scotia Bank Belize introduced its credit card service which offers three products to its customers: the Standard, Gold and the American Advantage.
