Suspect arrested in Ladyville murder
Police have made an identification and arrest in the weekend murder in Ladyville. According to police press officer, G. Michael Reid, this morning friends of the deceased identified the corpse as thirty-seven year old Alberto Jaime Serrano, a resident of Ladyville. The cops have since charged forty-five year old Julio Che, also of Ladyville, with Serrano’s murder. Investigations reveal that Che and Serrano were drinking in the village on Saturday night, when they got into an argument which apparently escalated into Che stabbing Serrano several times in the chest. Serrano died later that night at the K.H.M.H., after he was anonymously dropped off at the hospital.
