3 Chinese nationals charged for immigration offences

Three Chinese nationals were arraigned in court today for immigration offenses. The first was Zhibin Cao, who claimed to be an employee of MJ’s Bar on West Collet Canal. Cao appeared before Magistrate Adolph Lucas Jr and was charged with Failure to Comply with a Visitor’s Permit. Cao had a change of heart in court and took a guilty plea and was fined one thousand dollars which he had trouble in paying. He entered the country through the northern border on July second 2008 on a one month visitor’s permit but over stayed his welcome until when he was busted on March nineteenth. The second to be arraigned was owner of MJ’s Bar, Yanjun Cao, who was charged with Employing a Person not in Possession of an Employment Permit. Yanjun also initially pleaded not guilty but changed his plea to guilty and was similarly fined one thousand dollars which he was ordered to pay by April twelfth 2013. While on patrol, immigration visited the MJ’s bar where they detected two Chinese nationals painting a gate. Zhibin could not present his documents and admitted that he was working for Yanjun.
Chongwu Tan
The third to be arraigned was Chongwu Tan, owner of Plum Bar in Belize City. Tan was also charged for Employing a Person not in Possession of an Employment Permit. He pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay one thousand dollars for the offence. Trial was set for July fifth 2013 since he was granted permission to travel to China for a scheduled eye surgery. Immigration busted Tan at his bar on Tuesday for employing Mirian Ondina Miranda, without a work permit. She remains in Immigration custody.
Every that is not black gets caught for immigration of fences isn’t it funny that there are over 5 thousand illegal Africans Haitians Jamaicans in Belize and not one has gotten caught and deported this is the point I’ve been trying to make and for your information Nigel I am not I repeat I am not prejudice if these women did a crime they should pay for it even hung but my point is about the prejudice in reverse o but that’s ok right Nigel .
why isnt Zhibin Cao in immigration custody also? he should be deported because he overstayed his visitor permit.
I admire the Chinese who immigrate here as generally hard workers and good citizens who create jobs — but they are not above the law.

All this immigration lawlessness is just misplaced , thoughtless baloney because these illegals have not hurt a fly while the killers , violent rapists, and corrupt politicians remain on the loose. And to those who profess that the law is the law and must be obeyed, I say to you that black slavery was the law and yet people disobeyed that law so men could be free. So likewise ,these illegals must be allowed our due process to free themselves from this slave-like law. So mote it be!
