Story PictureAn eighteen year old Mahogany Street resident was charged with Burglary today when he appeared before Magistrate Tracy Sosa. The youth, Alexander Nunez, allegedly broke into a store in the area on Tuesday and made off with sixty dollars cash and grocery items valued at approximately a hundred and forty dollars. Nunez appeared in court unrepresented and pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was granted bail of three thousand dollars and one surety of the same amount, with no objection from the prosecutor Sergeant Pablo Pikney. However, Nunez could not meet bail and was remanded until September fifteenth when the case comes back to court.
