Guy arraigned for car theft; more to come
Charges were also brought today against Albert Guy, the man who is accused of stealing a car from a taxi driver and knocking down two pedestrians as he fled a police road block on Monday afternoon. Guy has been charged with “Taking a Motor Vehicle Without Consent” and is expected to be additionally charged with offences related to the hit and run. In the meantime Guy is out on bail of five hundred dollars. He returns to court on October eighteenth.
