…while charges reinstated against accused child molester
While charges were dropped against one set of accused sexual predators, they were reinstated against another. The charges of Carnal Knowledge, Trafficking in Persons, Aggravated Assault and Obstruction were once again filed against sixty-nine year old Henry Stein. They had been thrown out last week after attorney Dickie Bradley successfully argued that the prosecution failed to provide disclosure. In April a twelve year old girl reported to police that Stein had molested her at his Racoon Street home. Stein was granted and met bail of five thousand dollars.
