Sex charges dropped against three cops…

It was sensational news back in April when three police officers were charged with carnal knowledge following a complaint filed by a fourteen year old girl. Today that case has come to an end as the last two defendants have had all charges against them dismissed. Twenty-five year old Gilroy Usher and twenty-six year old Elton Elijio appeared before Magistrate Margaret Gabb today where they heard a directive from the Director of Public Prosecutions that all charges be withdrawn. These include two counts of carnal knowledge against both men as well as two counts of Attempted Suppression of Evidence against Elijio. Last week similar charges were withdrawn against Jeremiah Usher.
