After attacking security guard, culprit threatens to kill and drink blood

Ralph Middleton

A Sand Hill man is accused of attacking a KBH security guard who was on duty at the Belize Flour Mill last Saturday. Thirty-seven year old Ralph Middleton was arraigned today for one count of Harm upon KBH Security Guard, Jesus Angel Cruz, and one count of using threatening words, being “Ah wah kill yuh and drink yuh blood.” Middleton explained to Magistrate Hettie Mae Stewart that he was never allowed to call his attorney and pleaded not guilty to both charges.  Magistrate Stewart offered bail and ordered Middleton not to interfere with Cruz and to report to the Sand hill Police Station every Friday.   The incident for which Middleton is charged occurred when he was allegedly asked by Cruz to leave the Flour Mill compound. Cruz claims that Middleton hit him in the head, arm, chest and finger. The threatening words were uttered as Middleton ran toward the gate of the compound.

Why was this man Middleton even on the streets? Last year he was involved in the kidnapping and robbery of a Mexican diplomat, and unless he was acquitted, he should be rotting in Kolbe.

From his own words, he thinks like Al-Qaeda. Let’s make sure this time he is allowed to die in prison.
