29 yr. old accused of robbing 13 and 14 yr. old girls
Tonight a twenty-nine year old career criminal is accused of yet another crime: stealing from little girls. Today, Aaron Logan appeared before Chief Magistrate Herbert Lord to answer to two charges of robbery following an incident that occurred on August twenty-fourth. According to the victims, aged thirteen and fourteen years old, just before noon that day they were at the corner of Lizarraga and Meighan Avenues when a man on a bike approached them. According to the teenagers, the man put his right hand into his pants pocket and told them “if you scream or try to run, I wah shoot unu cause I have a gun.” The frightend minors say they immediately handed over their cell phones and the culprit rode off. After making a report to the authorities, the girls picked Logan out of a series of mug shots. Logan pleaded not guilty to the charges and has been remanded to Hattieville prison. He is scheduled to reappear in court on September twelfth.
