Cousins charged for Bmp. A.T.M. hold-up

Story PicturePolice have disclosed the identity of two of the men believed to be responsible for a disturbing A.T.M. hold-up in the capital city over the weekend. Investigators have charged twenty-two year old Solomon Marin Jr., a resident of Dangriga and his cousin, seventeen year old Oliver Rodriguez of Belize City for the crimes of Kidnapping, Robbery and Taking Conveyance without permission. The two were arrested following an identification parade on Tuesday night. The victim, twenty year old Leon Castillo has reported that as he was leaving the First Caribbean A.T.M. on Saturday afternoon, two men, one armed with a sawed off shotgun, held him up, and after picking up a third man, took him to an area off the Hummingbird Highway where he was robbed and then left tied to a tree. Authorities have yet to detain the third suspect in this case.
