Palmar Villager charged with carnal knowledge in dump site

A thirty-one-year-old resident of Palmar Village in the Orange Walk District is tonight in police custody following a report made by a minor that the two engaged in sexual intercourse in late January.  The fifteen-year-old girl told police that around one-thirty on the afternoon of January thirty-first, she visited an area at a dump site on the San Lorenzo Road in the company of the adult, who is reportedly her boyfriend.  While there, the student alleges, they copulated.  A medical examination has certified that she was carnally known.  As a result, the man has been detained pending a charge of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge
