Suspect arrested in Belmopan abduction
A suspect has been arrested in the harrowing abduction of a Belmopan woman. Thirty-seven year old Roy Neal was positively identified by his victim as one of the men who at gunpoint forced her and her two children into her car and after driving to a rural area raped her twice, took her money and fondled her ten year old daughter. Neal, who will appear in Belmopan Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, has been charged with three counts of Kidnapping, two counts of Rape, Robbery, Indecent Assault and Aggravated Assault.
