Both options are stupid, illegal, immoral, and irresponsible . Only fools, thieves, and corrupt ministers would entertain these excremental ideas.
Burn it, by allowing them to sell it it encourages them to continue to cut cause at the end of the day they will still profit from the wood they cut, or donate it.
