Betting game continues as Lotto continues to rise

On Saturday thousands of Belizeans will line up to place their bid for the record Lotto jackpot of one hundred and sixty seven thousand, five hundred dollars. One person who is hoping that lady luck smiles on him is Belize City resident Stuart Simmons. As he stood in line this afternoon, Simmons told us that on Wednesday he was just one number away from winning all the money. Simmons says he was almost overcome by excitement as he watched the drama of the draw unfold on television.
