56 year old charged for the carnal knowledge of 15 year old

A fifty-six year old Belize City man appeared in court this morning following an allegation of sexual abuse made by a fifteen year old minor.  Reports are that the minor was found naked inside a house in the Saint Martin’s De Porres area of Belize City when police arrived.  The accused is Errol White who was unrepresented in the courtroom of Magistrate Leslie Hamilton where he was read a single charge of unlawful carnal knowledge of the girl. The alleged sexual offense is said to have occurred on August twenty-second, 2013.  In a report, the child told police that she had sexual intercourse on that day with the accused. The minor and her guardian were later escorted to a local hospital where a medical examination revealed that the child is carnally known. White was denied bail and remanded to the Belize Central Prison until October sixteenth, 2013.
