Ranchito Resident Marcial Villegas Geron Charged With Drug Trafficking

A raid by police during Tuesday’s lunch hour yielded more than three pounds of marijuana. Up north, the Corozal police executed a search at the house of Marcial Villegas Geron in Ranchito village. Villegas, a Mexican mechanic who resides in the village, was present as was his son Devan and Sheree Williams. Behind a washing machine inside a small house, the police found a blue plastic bag which contained the suspected cannabis. The bag of drugs was weighed and sealed in the presence of the trio; it amounted to three and a half of pounds. The three family members were arrested and charged for the offence of Drug Trafficking.
