Belize City man recovering in K.H.M.H. after being beaten by crowd of men
In other related news, a Belize City man is in stable condition at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital after he was badly beaten on Saturday evening. It wasn’t included in today’s Police Sitrep, but News Five has confirmed that King’s Park resident, Kingsley Estell, was attacked by at least fifteen persons as he stood at the corner of Sixth and F Streets at around six-thirty on Saturday evening. A source told us that Estell got into a verbal altercation with some men, who were passing in a car, and that’s when they attacked him. They were joined by other men from another vehicle who viciously pummeled Estell. We are told that he was hit repeatedly to the head and face with pint bottles. This evening, the K.H.M.H. confirmed that Estell is in a stable condition, but could give us no further information on him. When we contacted the Police Press Officer, he had no knowledge of the incident.
