Meet the 3 immigration officers suspended in passport scandal

Erwin Robinson & Omar Phillips

Cabinet met today, but up to news time there is no new official information surfacing on the passport scandal involving Elvin Penner and other public officers in the Immigration Department. On Monday the department, which is supposedly in the midst of an intensive investigation, issued a lukewarm release stating that three staffers at the Immigration Department had been suspended. That release did not call names, but today News Five has learned that the three persons in question are Sharon Neal, Omar Phillips and Erwin Robinson. Both Phillips and Robinson are data entry clerks while Neal is the head of the Passport Division. With the exception of Neal who holds a senior level post, the other two persons are junior staffers. Multiple attempts to reach Minister Godwin Hulse today were futile. We note that since Penner’s firing, there has been no word on any repercussions he could face as a result of his actions in securing a Belizean passport for a South Korean national. That man, Kim Won-Hong, had never set foot on Belizean soil. His passport was processed in one day and issued on September ninth, while Won-Hong was detained in a Taiwanese prison.

  1. Penner penning passports;Chang cuts deals says:

    it is clear these three have recently moved from Taiwan and work for Kim Won-Hong.
    They infiltrated GOB to get their master a Belizean citizenship.

    Unlike the Hezbollah passport dept, who pay their kickbacks to higher ups quickly;
    Well these three thought they could pull a fast one.

    No further investigation needed here.
    Not in the public’s interest to know what the facts are.
    That sleepy thing called the National Assembly, just needs to take a nod-off
    and pass on investigating this, it just is not their responsibility.
    Not in the national interest to get to the bottom of this.

    As for the Puppies, they should bark, and play dead. Nothing happened.
    They know someday they will have their corruption officers running the doghouse at Gibnut Manor.
    would not want to set an example and have it come back on them.

  3. Concern says:

    Lol… Data entry clerks? Is this what our research found. Data entry clerks only have access to what they can key, and cannot change, delete or remove anything. In fact they can only see what the Data base manager allow them to see, and only follow instructions. Do we need to get INTERPOL to come and tell us who are the wrong doers at IMMIGRATION? LOL I guess not!

    It’s a DAMN SHAME! But this too shall pass…
