Woman almost killed in a domestic abuse incident in Roaring Creek

Alry Rose Sardido was murdered on Saturday, and later that night another woman from Roaring Creek narrowly escaped the same fate. Just after ten that night Police were called to a house where they observed bloodstains on the front steps. Their investigation led them to the Western Regional Hospital where they found Joanna Longsworth fighting for her life. The woman claims that she was attacked while sleeping by a man she should have been able to trust. Longsworth could not talk because she received stab and cut wounds to her neck. But by writing on a piece of paper she indicated to Police that she woke up to hear her two daughters screaming and her common-law husband, Steven Gentle, stabbing her in the throat.

“This incident likewise happened Saturday night in Raring Creek Village where this female, Joanna Longsworth was cut to her throat and she had several injuries; it was because of a domestic abuse. She was attending to both children when she was assaulted by this person she was going out with. We have already picked him up and he has been charged for Attempted Murder.”
Thirty-one year old Steven Gentle remains in custody tonight. He has been charged with attempted murder by the Police, but will be formally arraigned in court tomorrow.
This is one time I wouldn’t mind hearing of some police brutality. Somebody should cut his throat just the same. But cow know pah weak fence deh, caz one like me, I mi ah sen e rass back to e family eena a body bag. Worthless coward, that’s the only way to describe him.

They had a nut case murderer a few months ago trying to kill the police.
A few years ago a UB student & former beauty queen becomes best friends with a women to steal her baby, chops up the mother with four local men helping her (body never found), so she can claim the baby is from her ex boyfriend so he will marry her.

They seem to lack of human values.

Somebody living there should write a book about the world of Roaring Creek.
And this is what a lot more women living with and yet they still stay. What else do you all need to see before you take back your lives.
I really hate how people saying Roaring Creek this Roaring Creek that..This guy isn’t from Roaring Creek,People just come to do their BS then role,leaving the village with nothing but bad name n a bad reputation! The unbelievable stuff that occurs in this country could occur to anyone of you,to your mom,sister,children,father,brother,aunt,uncle,niece,nephew etc. So before you start pointing fingers just remember all the rest pointing straight @ you! instead of bringing the country and government down,make a difference in Belize set a example! and pray for our country! God is not sleeping we are all living in the last days as said in Revelation! Be safe my Belizean folks!
