Minister Castro dodges the media once again
While Ministry of Immigration officials met with the N.T.U.C.B., there was another very important meeting taking place not too far away. Cabinet met until nearly three this afternoon, and Minister Edmond Castro was in attendance. News Five waited downstairs to speak to Castro, but he dodged us again. His government ride was parked in front of the Administration Building waiting for him, but when the driver spotted us, he sped off to the rear of the building. Our colleagues from Plus Television and Krem Radio got there just in time to see him jump in the vehicle. He was kind enough to wave and blow them a kiss as he left. Still, there is no word tonight on the matters discussed in Cabinet. We spoke to several Cabinet members who told us that Prime Minister Dean Barrow will say whatever needs to be said.
