Driver charged following death of infant

Police in Benque Viejo have arrested and charged a resident of that western town following a fatal traffic accident on Friday. According to the cops, around seven that evening thirty-eight year old George Anibal Orellano knocked down one year old Andy Itza while on Pedro Guerra Street. Orellano told investigators that the little boy ran out of a yard and right into his path. The victim was rushed to the hospital but he died later that night. Orellano has since been charged with manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct and driving without due care and attention. News Five understands that little Andy Itza would have celebrated his first birthday on Saturday.
