Kevin Jex remanded to prison
Tonight, Kevin Anthony Jex is on remand after he was arraigned on charges of attempted murder, dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm. According to reports, on November fifth, 2013, Desmond Miller, a security guard for the City Council, was standing in front of the council when he was approached by Jex who hit him to the back of his head with a piece of wood. Miller sustained a large cut to the head. Miller was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he was admitted in a critical condition. No pleas were taken from Jex as the matter will be heard in the Supreme Court. He was remanded to the Hattieville Prison until his next adjournment scheduled for January seventh, 2014.
