Cayo man charged w/ carnal knowledge of 13 yr. old
Gun related violence dominates the headlines but reports of sexual crimes against Belize’s children continue unabated. One such statement in San Ignacio has resulted in the arrest of a twenty year old man. According to Cayo cops, this week a thirteen year old year girl told officers that Kenneth Gibbs Jr. had sex with her at least five times in last six months. Gibbs has since been charged with five counts of carnal knowledge.
