17 year old shot in the leg
A minor is tonight recovering from gunshot wounds he received on Monday night. Seventeen year old Wilbert Cecil Gabourel was shot to the left leg sometime around nine-thirty p.m. as he was walking towards a shop located on McKenzie Street. According to Gabourel, as he approached Brown Street, he heard three gunshots and noticed that he had been shot. Gabourel remains in a stable condition at the K.H.M.H. as police investigations continue.
