Lynn Young, the new Chairman of Kolbe

There is a change to report tonight at the top of the Kolbe Foundation which manages the Belize Central Prison. John Woods, who had been Chairman since 2002 when the prison was placed under private management, stepped down from the post earlier this week. It paved the way for the appointment of Lynn Young as chair. Young is the current president of BECOL and of the Rotary Club and is the former C.E.O. of Belize Electricity Limited, which was taken over by Government on June twentieth, 2011. Young has also served on many boards in the Caribbean, Canada and locally.
