Corozal man arrested for rape of 9 year old
The massive assault on the innocence of Belizean children continues unabated. The latest abomination was reported in Corozal, where a thirty-three year old man has been arrested for the rape of a nine year old girl. According to a report filed by the girl, Ludijerio Castenada visited the child’s home in October of last year and engaged in sexual intercourse with her. A medical officer certified that the youngster had engaged in sexual activity. Castenada has been charged with unlawful carnal knowledge and indecent assault.
