A fight in Cayo has gone viral

Facebook aficionados are probably old hands at checking out videos of street-fights posted from all over the world, and even from our own little piece of the world. In this day and technological age any event – small, large, or largely private, can be posted on FB in a matter of seconds. Who can forget the video in which way too much was bared, along with those now infamous words – “I look good, baby-girl?” In truth, some of those videos are entertaining, and some are just plain wrong, and disturbing on all levels. One such fight, caught on cell-phone camera, has gone viral on Facebook. It happened, we presume, over the weekend at the brand new San Ignacio Welcome Center, and involved four persons. The images speak for themselves, but we warn you that some of it might be a little offensive.

One thing which caught our attention immediately is that with the exception of one woman who tried to intervene, everybody else was pretty much content to just watch and enjoy. News Five today spoke to San Ignacio Police who told us that they have spoken to all persons involved, but because none of the parties made a report, there was nothing more they could do.
