Two arrested for block factory hold up
Police strongly suspect that two Belize City residents, Dwayne Bishop and Stephen James, are the duo who held up Leslie’s Block Factory at mile three on the Northern Highway. Authorities say around twelve-fifteen on Wednesday afternoon, two young men wearing stockings over their faces and holding a nine millimetre pistol entered the establishment and ordered two of the company’s employees to hand over what they had. A total of three hundred and one dollars and fifty cents was stolen from the cash register. Head of C.I.B. Chester Williams says they managed to recover some strong evidence that will link both suspects to the crime.
