Armed hold-up at the Oasis Water Plant in Corozal

Up north, police have detained an alleged robber and are looking for another.  At about seven-twenty on Thursday morning, there was an armed hold-up at the Oasis Water Plant located in Corozal Town. The owner of the business, Alvaro Sosa confirmed to police soon after that while he and a worker were inside the business two armed men dressed in dark and wearing ski masks over their faces entered the building and held up them at gunpoint. A number of items were stolen from stolen from Sosa to the value of eleven thousand four hundred dollars which include a cell phone, jewellery and cash. But robbers then fled the scene and while one of the suspects is in custody, the other is still at large.
