Cayo mother is latest Lotto winner

One lucky woman got an early Valentine today … from the Tropical Gaming Company. Santa Elena, Cayo, resident Rosa Elena Abarca is the latest Lotto winner laying claim to a sixty thousand dollar jackpot. This afternoon Abarca arrived at the Lotto office on Queen Street to pick up her cheque. The young mother was especially surprised as last week she matched four numbers in the draw. Abarca says she knows her friends and family will be shocked at the news.
