Confusion about Eviction Notice in Unitedville

That seems pretty clear enough, but now we’re confused. Somebody seems to be misinformed in this land equation. On Monday, News Five was in Unitedville and we were given this piece of paper by a resident of the community, who has lived on her parcel for many years. The document is an eviction notice, dated August thirteenth, 2014 – just one week ago. It states that “Please be advised that this will be your last notice to cease and desist all activities and vacate my private property parcel two six nine zero. You have precisely thirty days as of the date of this letter to do so.” The eviction letter is signed by Bernadette Fischer, who offers to move the house if the resident cannot do so. We tried to reach Vallejos to get some clue as to what’s happening, but he hasn’t returned our calls or text messages.
