Deshawn White was arraigned before Magistrate Sharon Fraser on three counts of attempted murder, three counts of aggravated assault, one count of carrying an unlicensed firearm, and one count of unlicensed ammunition. Since it is an indictable offence White was remanded to prison until December fifteenth. Police report that three officers, Joel Grinage, William Usher, and Mannon Dennison arrested White shortly after the young man fired a shot in their direction.
