Aggravated Robbery at Pink Boutique’s Parking Lot

Aside from the murders, there were also burglaries and robberies over the weekend.  Police are investigating a brazen broad-daylight robbery that occurred today inside the parking lot of Pink Boutique on North Front Street. The driver was reportedly robbed of an undisclosed amount of money believed to be the proceeds of two days of sales. He was about to leave the parking lot located behind the establishment en route to make a deposit when he was accosted. An employee has since been detained for questioning. Surveillance cameras are believed to have been tampered with so the culprit was not caught in the act. Police were soon on the scene and Raphael Martinez gave the media a brief interview on the incident.

“Another incident occurred this morning just about eleven o’clock. It was an aggravated robbery that occurred in the parking lot of Pink’s Boutique where the owner of that establishment was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money by a lone person on a motorcycle. It is still in the, the investigation is still in its infancy stage so I cannot disclose any more on that, but I can tell you that we are following several leads in this latest robbery in the city.”

Pink Boutique management is currently offering a reward for return of the stolen monies. The company has now employed armed security for the establishment to ensure the safety of its customers.
