Felicia Ramclam, Sister of Accident Victim
?We need to work this out you know. It?s not like we will work it out with them to let these people be brought to justice.?

Jacqueline Woods, Reporting
Tonight the Ramclam family from Punta Gorda needs your help to find out who is the driver that knocked down and seriously injured their brother thirty-nine year old Rudolph Ramclam. Ramclam remains semi-conscious at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.

Felicia Ramclam
?The brain is swollen because of the hit and we notice that like he is semi-conscious because he talks now and then he stops. It?s something off and on.?

The accident occurred around seven-thirty on Friday night just a short distance away from the Ramclam residence. Reports are that Ramclam was riding his bike when three vehicles that appeared to be racing against each other sped past. The third car, described only as a small red vehicle with a black bumper, knocked Ramclam off his bike and did not stop. Today the family pleaded to the driver to come forward

Frances Jacobs, Mother of Accident Victim
?I would like to ask him to please be considerate. If he could give me a phone call at least, or come to me in person, and at least apologise for what he did to my child. It?s not because of money, everybody needs that, but I need my son.?

Ramclam is the father of three disabled children and is the sole provider for the family. Jacqueline Woods for News Five.

If you have any information that can assist the family, please call them at telephone numbers 222-4585 or 702-2634.
