Castillo and Dyer, however, testified that they took the vehicle to the Raccoon Street Police Station but no one dealt with them so they left. The brothers called one witness who did not help their case and generally corroborated what Rosado had said. Both the corporal and his brother were fined two hundred dollars, while Castillo is to pay an additional two hundred dollars for rescuing his brother. The duo will also not be able to drive for three months.
