Year old skeleton found in Dangriga remains unidentified

It is most likely another case of murder, but the crime is at least a year old. That’s the conclusion of police investigating the discovery of a human skeleton in Dangriga. The remains, along with the victim’s clothing, were discovered in the septic tank of a residence in the Rivas Estate area of the town Monday morning by a plumber. The plumber was connecting the tank, which had been built in August 2004 but never used, in preparation for the owner moving into the residence. The bones are those of a female clad in white underwear and brassiere, white blouse, and black jeans or skirt, along with a black cap. Anyone who can help police solve this mystery is asked to call the nearest station.
