Vehicles collide on rain slick Western Highway
This morning on the Western Highway not far from the Belize Zoo two vehicles were involved in a nasty head-on collision. Both the van and the sedan each had two occupants. Three of the four people injured were taken to hospitals in Belize City, while the driver of the sedan, Saul Lisbey, stayed on the scene to talk with police. The highway was slick from several hours of rain.
