New Anglican Bishop chosen for Belize
The Anglican Diocese of Belize has a new Bishop. He is Reverend Canon Philip Wright. Wright’s selection as Bishop-Elect was made public today by Archbishop of the West Indies, Drexel Gomez. Wright replaces Sylvestre Romero-Palma who resigned in December of 2004. Wright’s ordination and consecration is scheduled for November seventeenth at St. John’s Cathedral.
