Minor RTA Near Crooked Tree
There was a traffic accident this morning at the Crooked Tree junction at miles thirty-one on the Phillip Goldson Highway. A white truck collided into an SUV coming out of the Crooked Tree road. The driver of the SUV received minor injuries and while he was shaken up, he left the scene without the need to be hospitalized. Rural Executive Officer, Inspector Frederick Gordon gave brief comments on the accident.

“Just about eleven o’clock this morning, we received a report of a traffic accident somewhere in the vicinity of the Crooked Tree junction. From reports from my officers, I understand that one person had sustained injury. But at this time, I cannot confirm as the police officer is at this time returning back from the accident scene. But I understand that no fatality is involved in the accident; just two vehicles involved in a traffic accident and my officers are dealing with it at this time.”
