B.S.C.F.A. Directors Request Emergency General Meeting; Still No Signature

Ezekiel Cansino

We can conclude however, that perhaps the PM was being a wee bit too optimistic in his hope that the directors would sign off on the agreement today. That’s not going to happen because the directors won’t be meeting until tomorrow…and even then it’s unlikely the agreement would be signed because some directors have called for a general assembly meeting to discuss the entire negotiations, with a view to going back to square one.

“We received the final proposal where they have amended the last proposal we received from B.S.I.  According to the chemist it is much, much better than the one we received yesterday. It clearly states that the SCPC will be in charge of that part of the harvesting system.”

“So can you tell us where we are in terms of negotiations at this point?”

“Well at this point I have already invoked a meeting of the Directors for tomorrow, and since we do have some directors who are not satisfied up to now, they have sent us a letter that they have requesting an emergency general meeting, so based on that I called the meeting for tomorrow and we will be discussing the proposal that we have received from B.S.I.  From then we will see what will come out tomorrow.”
