Belizean producers host expo at Princess

Official opening ceremonies for the Belizean Producers Convention and Exhibition are underway at this hour at the Princess Hotel and Casino. Over fifty businesses will showcase their goods and services over the weekend, and many of them spent much of today trying to create attractive stalls to catch the eyes of the thousands of visitors expected at the event. In addition to the booths, the business community has also coordinated business seminars for Saturday under the themes, “Benefiting from Investment and Export Promotion Marketing,” “Branding your Product,” and “Benefiting from E-commerce and Online Banking.” BelPro Conex is organised by the Belize Business Bureau and sponsored by B.T.L., Love FM, Belize Social Security Board, Deloitte, and BELTRAIDE. The event opens at nine on Saturday and will be hosted in the King’s and Queen’s Room of the Princess Hotel and Casino.
