P.U.P.’s Mendez Under Investigation?

There are reports tonight of political trouble in the Orange Walk East constituency and it involves the current area representative. Reports to our newsroom are that Doctor Marco Tulio Mendez is in deep trouble and is considering stepping down over an allegation made against him for inappropriate behavior. We have no confirmation about the matter, but Mendez announced on November eleventh 2014 that he will not be seeking reelection as representative for the constituency in the next general election citing medical reasons. It is not known if the allegation had anything to do with that decision. We contacted him today, but we got no response.
